2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The consultation was not delivered as scheduled due to our error
• Technical issues prevented the consultation from taking place
• Cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time

3. Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of consultation and spiritual remedy services, the following are non-refundable:

• Completed consultations where guidance has been fully delivered
• Remedies and spiritual items that have been prepared and dispatched
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
